The main requirements are:

At least 2 years of professional experience with .NET platform, ASP.NET; Windows Forms; MS SQL Server
Solid knowledge of Sharepoint, Silverlight, WPF
Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, problem-solving
Good command of English language /both written and verbal/

The following will be considered as an advantage:

Any certification in Microsoft development technologies
Knowledge of other web development technologies and experience with medium or large scale .NET projects
